Privacy
Is my child's developmental data safe?
Yes — your child's developmental data is encrypted, access-controlled, never sold, and belongs to your family. Only your child's care team can view it, and you can ask to see, correct or remove records at any time. Privacy is engineered into Pinnacle, not added on.
You're trusting us with the most precious data there is — your child's. Here's exactly how we protect it.
In short
Yes — your child's developmental data is held with infrastructure-grade protection, and it belongs to your family, not to us. We use encryption, strict access controls so only your child's care team can view their records, and we never sell your data. As a parent you can ask to see, correct or have your child's data removed at any time. Privacy isn't an add-on here — it's built into how Pinnacle is engineered. How we protect your child's data
- Encrypted and access-controlled — records are encrypted in storage and in transit, and only the qualified clinicians and therapists directly involved in your child's care can access them.
- Yours to control — you can request access to your child's records, correct anything that's wrong, or ask for data to be removed, in line with Indian data-protection norms.
- Never sold, never advertised — your child's information is never sold or shared for marketing. It exists for one reason: to guide your child's therapy and measure real progress.
- Confidential by design — clinical records, assessments and session notes are kept confidential and handled under professional clinician governance.
This is the same care we apply across 25 million+ therapy sessions and 4.95 lakh+ families served — privacy at the scale of a national network.
