Will my child have to start therapy all over again?
No. Reassessment builds on progress already made — mastered goals are retired and new, more advanced targets are set, so therapy moves forward rather than restarting.
Could the plan say my child needs fewer sessions now?
Yes, that can happen. If progress is strong, the clinician may reduce frequency or rebalance therapies. The plan is always adjusted to your child's current needs, in either direction.
How often is a reassessment done?
Timing depends on your child's goals and pace of progress; your clinician sets a review schedule and explains it. The aim is to keep the plan accurately matched to your growing child.
