The 7-Step Journey
How to Access The 7-Step Journey at Pinnacle
Families access The 7-Step Journey by contacting any Pinnacle Blooms Network centre — by phone, WhatsApp, website or walk-in. A care coordinator then guides you step by step from first contact through clinician-led assessment, a tailored therapy plan and ongoing progress reviews. A clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed only at a Pinnacle Blooms Network centre under qualified clinician care.
Every great journey begins with a single, confident step — and at Pinnacle, that step is always within reach.
In short
You access The 7-Step Journey simply by reaching out to any Pinnacle Blooms Network centre — by phone, WhatsApp, our website, or by walking in. From your very first contact, our team begins guiding you step by step: from understanding your concerns, to a clinician-led assessment, to a tailored therapy plan and ongoing progress reviews. There is no complicated paperwork to start — just a warm conversation and a clear path forward. How the access works
The 7-Step Journey is the structured path every family travels with us, and getting on it is straightforward:- Reach out — call, WhatsApp, book online, or visit one of our 70+ centres across 4 states. A care coordinator listens to your concerns and answers your first questions.
- Share your child's story — you describe what you've noticed: speech, play, behaviour, learning or movement. Nothing is too small to mention.
- Book a structured assessment — your child is seen by a qualified clinician who conducts a clinician-administered evaluation to build a clear developmental profile.
- Receive a tailored plan — based on that profile, the clinical team designs a therapy plan matched to your child's strengths and goals.
- Begin therapy — sessions start with your assigned therapist, with families coached alongside.
- Track progress — regular reviews show how your child is growing, and the plan is adjusted as they advance.
- Celebrate milestones — each step forward is recognised, because progress, however small, matters.
You are never expected to navigate this alone — a coordinator walks beside you from the first call onward.

What to watch
If you have any concern about your child's speech, behaviour, learning, movement or development — or simply want reassurance — that is the right moment to reach out. No concern is too small to begin the conversation.
Try this at home
Before your first call, jot down two or three things you've noticed about your child in a small note on your phone. It helps the care coordinator understand your story quickly and makes that first conversation feel easy.
