Who Can See My Child's Assessment Results?

Your child's assessment results are visible only to you as parent or guardian and to the clinicians directly involved in your child's care. They are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never disclosed outside the care team without your consent. You control any further sharing with schools or other doctors.

Who Can See My Child's Assessment Results?
Who can see my child's assessment results? — Ask Pinnacle, the Child Development Kośa

The moment you share something about your child, the first thing you deserve to know is exactly who can — and who cannot — see it.

In short

Your child's assessment results belong to your family. At Pinnacle Blooms Network, they are visible only to you as the parent or guardian, and to the qualified clinicians directly involved in your child's care — never to other families, never sold, never shared for marketing, and never disclosed to anyone outside the care team without your consent (except where law requires). You stay in control of who else, such as a school or another doctor, ever gets to see them.

Who has access — and who doesn't

Who can see the results
  • You — the parent or legal guardian who registered your child.
  • The clinical team caring for your child — the assessing clinician and the therapists working on your child's plan, on a need-to-know basis so everyone supports the same goals.
  • Anyone you specifically authorise — for example, if you ask us to share a summary with your paediatrician or your child's school, that happens only with your written consent.

Who cannot see the results

  • Other parents or families.
  • Staff not involved in your child's care.
  • Advertisers, data brokers or any external party for marketing — your child's information is never sold.

Data is held securely with access controls and audit trails, in keeping with India's data-protection expectations. You may ask what is held, request corrections, and ask for sharing to stop at any time.

The Pinnacle way

A clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed only at a Pinnacle Blooms Network centre, under qualified clinician care — and the result of that assessment is treated as confidential clinical information from the first moment it exists. With 4.95 lakh+ families served and a CDSCO Class B SaMD foundation, privacy is built into how we work, not added on afterwards. Learn more about how the assessment itself works, explore our therapy support, or [start your child's journey](/) with us.

Trusted sources

World Health Organization guidance on child health information and dignity in care; nurturing-care.org principles on family-centred early childhood support. These reinforce that information about a child is handled with consent, security and respect for the family.

Next step — Have a privacy question before you begin? [Book an assessment](/) and our team will walk you through exactly how your child's information is protected.

This is general information, not a diagnosis — a clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed only at a Pinnacle Blooms Network centre under qualified clinician care.

Try this at home

Before any appointment, it's perfectly fine to ask the front desk who will see your child's information and how to add or remove access — a good team will answer plainly and put it in writing.

Frequently asked

Will my child's school automatically receive the results?

No. Results are not shared with a school, another doctor or anyone outside your child's care team unless you specifically ask us to and give consent. The choice stays with you.

Are my child's results ever sold or used for advertising?

Never. Your child's information is never sold and is never used for marketing. It is treated as confidential clinical information held securely with access controls.

Can I ask to see what information is held about my child?

Yes. You can ask what is held, request corrections, and ask for sharing to stop. Speak to your centre team and they will guide you through it.

Do all the therapists at the centre see my child's results?

Only the clinicians directly involved in your child's care can access the results, on a need-to-know basis, so the team supporting your child works towards the same goals.
