Can I ask for my child's data to be deleted?
Yes — as your child's parent or guardian you can request deletion of their personal data at any time, and Pinnacle will act on it. Some records may be retained briefly where law or clinical-safety requires, but we always explain what is kept, why and for how long. You can also withdraw consent for future use at any point.
Read the answer AnswerDo you share my child's data with anyone?
Pinnacle Blooms Network never sells or trades your child's data and never shares it for advertising. Data is used only to deliver therapy and measure progress, and shared outside Pinnacle only with your explicit consent or where law requires. You can view, correct or withdraw it anytime.
Read the answer AnswerHow does the DPDP Act protect my child's information?
India's DPDP Act, 2023 gives children's data special protection: organisations must obtain verifiable parental or guardian consent before processing a child's personal data, and are barred from tracking, behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising aimed at children. Parents keep rights to know what is held, correct it and request erasure, and data may be used only for the agreed purpose.
Read the answer AnswerHow is my child's personal data protected?
Your child's personal data is protected through clinical-grade security, purpose-limited collection, strict role-based access for care clinicians only, encrypted storage, and de-identification for any research. As a parent you stay in control and can ask what we hold at any time.
Read the answer AnswerHow is my consent for data use taken?
Your consent for data use is taken clearly and in plain language, only after you understand what is collected and why. It is specific, freely given by you as the parent or guardian, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your child's care. Anything beyond direct care, such as research, is asked for separately and is always optional.
Read the answer AnswerHow long is my child's information stored?
Your child's information is kept only as long as it supports their care and as long as Indian law requires, then securely deleted or anonymised — never sold. You can access or request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention windows. Pinnacle handles data to infrastructure-grade, CDSCO Class B SaMD standards.
Read the answer AnswerIs my child's AbilityScore data kept private?
Yes. Your child's AbilityScore data is treated as confidential health information — held securely, accessed only by the clinicians and care team involved, never sold. As a CDSCO-registered Class B SaMD provider, Pinnacle Blooms Network applies medical-grade data safeguards, and you stay in control of consent.
Read the answer AnswerIs my child's developmental data safe?
Yes — your child's developmental data is encrypted, access-controlled, never sold, and belongs to your family. Only your child's care team can view it, and you can ask to see, correct or remove records at any time. Privacy is engineered into Pinnacle, not added on.
Read the answer AnswerIs online assessment data secure?
Yes — developmental information shared online with Pinnacle Blooms Network is encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled to your child's care team, and never sold. An online form is only a starting point; a clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed in person at a centre under qualified clinician care.
Read the answer AnswerWhat are my rights over my child's health data?
As a parent or guardian in India, you have the right to be informed about, consent to, access, correct, limit the sharing of, and request deletion of your child's health data. Under the DPDP Act 2023, children's data needs verifiable parental consent. Reputable providers collect only what is needed and never share without your permission.
Read the answer AnswerWhat information do you collect about my child?
Pinnacle Blooms Network collects only what's needed to support a child's development: identification and contact details, developmental and medical history, parent concerns and goals, and structured clinical observations from assessment and therapy. This information is never sold, is access-limited to the care team, and parents stay in control.
Read the answer AnswerWho can see my child's assessment results?
Your child's assessment results are visible only to you as parent or guardian and to the clinicians directly involved in your child's care. They are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never disclosed outside the care team without your consent. You control any further sharing with schools or other doctors.
