Will I get a report after the assessment?
Yes — after a Pinnacle Blooms Network assessment you receive a clear written report covering your child's strengths and support areas across each developmental domain, including an AbilityScore® baseline, with next steps and a copy to keep. A clinician explains it to you in person so nothing is left as jargon.
Walking out of an assessment, every parent asks the same thing — what do I actually take home with me?
In short
Yes — after your child's assessment at Pinnacle Blooms Network, you receive a clear, written report you can keep. It explains your child's strengths and areas to support across each developmental domain, set out in plain language, and forms the starting point for any therapy plan. A Pinnacle clinician walks you through it in person so nothing is left as jargon. What your report includes
- A domain-by-domain picture — communication, motor skills, social and play, daily-living and learning readiness, written so you can understand exactly where your child is thriving and where a little support will help.
- Your child's AbilityScore® baseline — a clinician-administered structured profile that gives an objective starting point and lets you measure real progress over time.
- Clear next steps — if therapy is recommended, the report outlines suggested goals and the kind of support (for example speech therapy or occupational therapy) that fits your child.
- A keep-and-share copy — you may share it with your paediatrician, school or another clinician. Just ask the team if you'd like a printed or digital version.
When and how you receive it
The clinician discusses initial findings with you on the day, and the written report follows shortly after, depending on whether further observation sessions are needed. You are never handed a sheet of numbers and sent away — the report is explained to you, your questions are welcomed, and the plan is built around your family's priorities. The Pinnacle way
