• Sit down with your Pinnacle clinician to interpret the score in the context of your child's age, history and everyday communication — the band is read with you, never handed over in isolation.
• Build a personalised language plan — this usually centres on speech and language therapy, with goals broken into small, achievable, playful steps you can also weave into home routines.
• Strengthen the everyday environment — narrating daily activities, reading together, pausing to give your child time to respond, and following their lead in play all multiply what therapy begins.
