Pinnacle SEVA programme
How Pinnacle SEVA Reaches Rural and Underserved Children
The Pinnacle SEVA programme reaches children in rural and underserved areas through secure teletherapy to homes and partner facilities, community screening camps with schools and anganwadis, and language-matched therapy across 70+ centres in 4 states with 700+ therapists. Any diagnosis is formed only at a Pinnacle centre under clinician care.
A child's pincode should never decide their future — distance is a barrier Pinnacle was built to dissolve.
In short
The Pinnacle SEVA programme carries developmental screening and therapy to children in rural and underserved areas through three routes: secure teletherapy that links a family's phone or a local centre to a Pinnacle therapist; outreach screening camps run with schools, anganwadis and community health workers; and language-matched care delivered across 70+ centres in 4 states by 700+ therapists. The aim is simple — early support reaching the child, wherever the child is.How it actually works
Teletherapy that travels. Where a centre is far, structured therapy sessions are delivered online to the family's home or a nearby partner facility, so a child can begin support without long, costly journeys. Parents are coached to continue activities through the week, turning the home itself into a therapy space.Community screening, early. SEVA outreach brings simple developmental screening to where families already gather — schools, anganwadi centres and community health drives — so a possible delay is noticed in the early years, when support helps most, rather than going unseen for years.
Care in the child's own language. With therapists across multiple Indian languages, support is offered in the tongue the child thinks and dreams in — which matters enormously for communication and trust. Across the network, Pinnacle has delivered 25 million+ therapy sessions to 4.95 lakh+ (~495,000) families, and SEVA exists so that reach keeps widening to those furthest from a centre.

What to watch
If a child far from a centre is not babbling, pointing or using words around expected ages, or seems to struggle to connect, note it down and ask about a SEVA screening — distance need not delay support.
Try this at home
Even without a nearby centre, you can begin today: talk, sing and name things aloud in your home language through everyday tasks. A teletherapy session can then guide and build on what you are already doing.

Frequently asked
Can my child get therapy if there is no Pinnacle centre in my town?
Yes. Through the SEVA programme, structured therapy can be delivered by secure teletherapy to your home or a nearby partner facility, so support can begin without long, costly journeys to a centre.
Is teletherapy as helpful as visiting a centre in person?
Teletherapy is an effective way to start and sustain support, especially when a centre is far. It also coaches parents to continue activities through the week. A clinician will advise the best mix of online and in-person care for your child.
In what languages is support offered?
Care is offered across multiple Indian languages by 700+ therapists, so a child can be supported in the language they think and speak in — which builds trust and helps communication.
Where will my child be diagnosed?
A community or online screening only flags whether to take the next step. A clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed only at a Pinnacle Blooms Network centre, under qualified clinician care.
