How to Book an Assessment for Your Child
Booking is simple: reach Pinnacle Blooms Network by WhatsApp, phone or website, share your child's age and your concerns, and we schedule a clinician-led developmental assessment at your nearest of 70+ centres. No referral letter is needed to begin, and any AbilityScore® or diagnosis is formed only at a centre under qualified clinician care.
Booking an assessment is often the hardest first step — and the most hopeful one. Here is exactly how it works, made simple.
In short
Booking an assessment for your child is quick and warm — you reach out by WhatsApp, phone or our website, share a few details about your child and your concerns, and we schedule a clinician-led developmental assessment at your nearest Pinnacle Blooms Network centre. No referral letter is needed to start, and our team guides you through every step. How to book — step by step
1. Reach out. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91001 81181, call, or request a callback through our [website](/). Tell us your child's age and what you've been noticing — speech, movement, attention, social play, or simply "something feels different." 2. Share a few details. Our family-support team will ask your child's date of birth, any earlier reports or paediatrician notes, and your preferred centre from our 70+ centres across 4 states. There is nothing you need to prepare beyond turning up with your child. 3. Pick a slot. We confirm a date and time that suits your family, in person or — where appropriate — through an initial online consultation. 4. Attend the assessment. A qualified clinician spends unhurried time with your child across the relevant developmental areas. Bring any prior medical, hearing or vision reports if you have them. 5. Receive a clear plan. You leave with an understanding of your child's strengths and needs and, if helpful, a recommended next step such as speech therapy or another support pathway. What the assessment involves
The centre visit includes a structured, clinician-administered developmental profile — our AbilityScore® — which gives an objective, multi-domain baseline of your child's abilities and tracks progress once any support begins. It is a supportive picture of your whole child, never a label, and it is always interpreted by a qualified clinician alongside conversation with you.The Pinnacle way
A clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed only at a Pinnacle Blooms Network centre, under qualified clinician care — never from a phone call, a form or an online tool alone. As India's largest pediatric developmental-therapy network — 4.95 lakh+ families served, 700+ therapists, 70+ centres — we make that first step calm and clear. Start at our [home page](/), explore speech therapy, or learn how the AbilityScore® works.Trusted sources
Our family-centred approach reflects WHO Nurturing Care guidance and the American Academy of Pediatrics' advice that timely developmental checks support better outcomes — and that parents need no formal referral to raise a concern.Next step — message our family-support team on WhatsApp at +91 91001 81181 and we'll book your child's assessment at your nearest centre.
This is general information, not a diagnosis — a clinical AbilityScore® and any diagnosis are formed only at a Pinnacle Blooms Network centre under qualified clinician care.
What to watch
If you've noticed loss of skills, no babble or gesture by 12 months, or any sudden change, mention it when you book so our team can prioritise an earlier slot.
Try this at home
Before your visit, jot a short note of what you've noticed and when — a few real examples help the clinician far more than worrying about getting words right.

Frequently asked
Do I need a referral or a doctor's letter to book?
No. You can book directly with Pinnacle Blooms Network by WhatsApp, phone or our website. If you already have paediatrician notes or earlier reports, bring them along, but they are not required to start.
What information will you ask for when I book?
Just your child's date of birth, what you've been noticing, your preferred centre, and a contact number. Our family-support team handles the rest and guides you through scheduling.
Can the assessment happen online?
An initial consultation can sometimes begin online where appropriate, but a full clinician-led developmental assessment and any AbilityScore® are completed in person at a centre.
What does my child need to do to prepare?
Nothing special. The clinician spends relaxed time with your child through play and gentle activities. A familiar comfort item and a usual nap or snack schedule can help your child feel at ease.
