This step is done at a notified government facility, not by a private centre. 5. Track and receive — once verified, the disability certificate is generated and the UDID card is approved; you can track status online and download an e-copy, with the physical card dispatched thereafter.The card is renewable for children, as a child's condition is reassessed at intervals the board specifies — so keep a note of any review date on the certificate.
