Everyday Therapy™
What is the Everyday Therapy™ Programme?
Everyday Therapy™ turns ordinary daily routines — meals, play, bath, travel — into structured, clinician-guided practice, so a child's development is supported every day, not only in the therapy room.
Children don't grow only during a therapy session. They grow in the thousands of small moments in between — at the table, in the bath, on the way to the shops. Everyday Therapy™ is built on that truth.
Everyday Therapy™ gives families simple, safe, clinician-designed activities woven into normal daily routines, each targeting the skills the child is working on. A mealtime becomes language practice; play becomes motor and social practice; a bedtime routine becomes a chance to build sequencing and calm.
It does two powerful things. It multiplies practice — turning a few clinic hours into daily, repeated learning where the child lives and feels safest. And it puts the family at the centre of the child's progress, with a clear role and real confidence, instead of waiting on the sidelines.
The activities are matched to the child's plan and reviewed by the clinical team, so families always know the next right thing to do — and why it works.

Try this at home
Pick one routine you already do every day — say, snack time — and make it a tiny language game: pause, hold up two choices, and wait for any sound, point, or word before giving the food. Reward every attempt warmly.
