A child therapy centre should track KPIs across four lenses — clinical outcomes (goal attainment, standardised re-assessment progress, discharge rate), engagement and family experience (attendance, home-programme adherence, satisfaction), operational access (time-to-assessment, waitlist, therapist utilisation) and workforce and financial health — with outcome metrics leading and a fixed review cadence.
